City Centre Double - All Bills Included

Hello!

I have a lovely double room available until 6th May.

I'm situated in the City Centre, (BS1) on the famous historical Christmas Steps in the Arts Quarter where all amenities are within a 5 minute walk, including the hospitals, university, theatres, galleries, shopping areas, the Harbourside etc.

The train station Bristol Temple Meads is about a 10 minute walk. All major bus routes run from the bottom of the Christmas Steps itself.

A deposit of 1 week is required and rent is payable weekly in advance. I'm flexible on length of stay & will also consider a Mon-Fri let, please enquire.

No smokers, pets, couples nor overnight visitors.

Please note that there is no parking available.

There is room inside for a bike if you're a cyclist.
