Single room for rent in St.Andrews

The room is a single room on the top floor of a welcoming 3 -storey house and is located in a fantastic area of Bristol. The vibrant Gloucester Rd is 10 minutes walk away and you can walk into the centre in under 30 mins. There are also good rail and bus routes very nearby, as well as a brilliant park.

The house is a family home, but our 3 children have grown up and left home. We have three female lodgers 2 of whom have been living with us for over a year now and we all get on very well. One is leaving net week to work abroad.

We share the very big kitchen/diner and the sitting room. The bathroom is shared between 3 people, as my husband and I have our own bathroom. There is also a medium sized back garden ( and an allotment if you would like to join in!)

We are an easy-going, open couple and enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them. We are looking for someone who is friendly and considerate and who will treat our happy home with respect, as well as doing their fair share of cleaning and tidying.
