Student let until 1 July 2016 15 minute walk from UWE Frenchay Campus. Female students only, as the landlord has expressed that he would be uncomfortable having a house with four men and only one woman. Water and sewage included in rent, all other bills split between tenants via a third party.

Bus stops within a minute's walk that have links to Bristol city centre, Cribbs Causeway, and UWE Frenchay campus.
Filton Abbey Wood Train station a five minute walk away, about a mile to Bristol Parkway.
Abbey Wood Shopping Park is five minute's walk away and has an Asda, a Poundland, and various restaurants.
