Greetings all,
One of my tenants is moving out in April so a room will become available. I'm happy to consider short-term lets if needed.

I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going person to stay in this flat. It is South-West facing, 4th floor with plenty of natural light; it's an easy walk to the station, shops and pubs in town.

The other tenant (moving into the apartment in mid-March) is an early-thirties professional guy who works locally. I'm keen for the prospective tenant to be someone that gets on well with him. Preference is for another male if possible.

Internet is Hyperoptic fibre, ideal for video calls which will no doubt be handy for remote working and catching up with family at this time.
Secure bike storage is also available.

Bills are about £140 a month.

I must insist that those interested are NON-SMOKERS.
I live fairly locally so am on hand to sort any issues out (which there rarely are).
