Looking for a lodger who likes their own space and peace and quiet to share a two bedroom flat with the owner. I am a mature 22 year old male student with long term health issues, this means I tend to spend a lot of time in my room asleep/ relaxing, my partner visits a couple of times a week.

Bills are included (internet, electricity, water), the rent is good for the area as occasionally the owner will not be well enough to maintain high cleaning standards of the shared areas. For council tax exemption purposes the lodger needs to be paying council tax already at their main weekend residence or be a full time student.

The double sized room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, large and small sets of drawers, shelves, desk and chair and linen/cooking implements can be provided. Shared areas are a small kitchen and bathroom with an over bath shower. For a Monday to Friday let belongings would be absolutely fine left in the room over the weekend put away in the wardrobe/chest of drawers, I occasionally need to use the bed at the weekend if family visit.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Bristol Bus Station, 5 minutes from the main shopping areas of Cabot Circus and Broadmead and a 20 minute walk to Temple Meads train station.
On street parking is available with a resident or visitor parking permit (not included) from the Bristol City Council at under £80 per year depending on car emissions.

Lodger must be disability and LGBT+ friendly.
