Hello, I am a professional female providing a Monday to Friday rental in a quiet no through road in Easton off St Marks Road. Short term lets also considered.

You would be renting a large sunny double bedroom which is fully furnished and includes a built-in wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, wide screen TV and access to high speed internet.

The house comprises living room, kitchen/ dining room, bathroom with bath and shower and a south facing garden, facilities include; dishwasher, washing machine, condenser drier.

St Marks Road has excellent transport links many buses from Stapleton Road (48, 49 and 24) directly into town. Cabot Circus is 20 minute walk.
Rail service from Stapleton Road:
to Filton Abbey Wood 6 minutes (MOD, BAE, UWE).
to Clifton Down 8 minutes (Bristol University).
to Bristol Temple Meads 9 minutes

St Marks Road (voted best street in UK) is a great location , close to the famous deli Sweet Mart with great independent shops and restaurants as well as several local pubs.
