Large Double, Own Bathroom, Bills included

Please note the room is only available from Monday to Friday, hence the low rental price!

The flat is on an upper floor and has some great views from the windows overlooking the bear pit. It's a spacious and bright double room, fully furnished, with new carpet, and has the sun (when Bristol has it) in the mornings. You'll have access to your own bathroom, shared only with occasional guests, complete with bath and shower unit across the hall from your room and access to open plan kitchen/living room. We have a cleaner who comes weekly. All bills are included.

Local amenities are numerous as Broadmead is 5 minutes away and Cabot Circus not much further with various restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

A little about me - I work in a law office and am training to become a Legal Executive. Work hard during the week and like to chill in the evenings and weekends.

Chris is the primary cooker in the flat, likes to keep fit, and play board and video games. He works in the tech sector.

Our dog, Zelda, is a husky (with a bit of malamute) and is 9 months old. She's very, very friendly and loving but sometimes likes her own space. She may jump up, we're working really hard to try and train her not to!
