Shared bathroom (with shower cubicle and roll-top bath), open-plan kitchen/dining room, utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and sunny south-facing garden. Free parking on road. £500pcm including utility bills & WiFi. You will be liable for your share of council tax (£87 per month) unless you are a full-time student.

The house is situated in a quiet street, just off the lively Gloucester Road with its many cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs, library, and a few minutes walk to lovely St Andrews Park. You can catch a bus or walk into the City Centre. Easy access to Bristol University, UWE, Clifton, Harbourside, Temple Meads Railway Station, Filton, Southmead, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: this is not a house share full of young people. It is just me and my daughter (who will be away at university in term-time), along with our friendly dog (who stays downstairs). A perfect place if you want a peaceful room in a quiet house, with everything you need on your doorstep.
