Double bedroom available near Temple Meads

My Partner and I are looking for a lodger for the second double bedroom in our flat. Monday to Friday would be preferable and we will consider short term lets. I work full time for a property consultants and he works for a local bakery.

We live in Temple Meads or St Philips to be exact, which is just behind the train station and not far from Old Market. It's very central and near to some really great pubs and restaurants.

It's a very secure building of about 30 flats set around a wooden decked communal area and we are on the second floor. There is no lift so you can get your steps in. It has a secure bike store and on-street resident parking for which we can get a permit if you are staying for 3 or more months.

The room isn't massive but easily fits a double bed and gets some great light throughout the day. It can be supplied furnished to your needs.

The flat its self overlooks the oldest Jewish graveyard in Bristol which serves as nature reserve to foxes and birds and wild flowers.

Internally there is a shared bathroom with great water pressure and a separate kitchen/dining room.

We also have two lovely cats called Mike & Dave.
