I have a three-bedroom maisonette fully furnished double bed in each room wardrobe etc lounge kitchen dining room shower bath separate entrance

I'm looking after my brothers African grey parrot just in case you have any allergies

Situated on the main road close 2 buses into town the real station is a 5-minute walk and plenty of free parking outside the property, it's an old flat which I'm trying to do up slowly but surely but it's comfortable and clean hence the not expensive rent.

It's double room available for rent plus spare room double for a computer desk space if you needed it

Basically I'll be working away a lot so I need someone reliable to take care of the place and the parrot while away.

Electricity isn't included but basically 50/50 share the bill
Gas is on a card meter and around 36.00 month and electric 75.00 month

No couples sorry

As I said it's not the Ritz but it's has the basics and your be mostly alone in the three bed property
