Good sized double room in large house in Fishponds. Fully furnished with good eaves storage, double bed with new mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, rug, desk and chair.

All amenities - washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, large shared kitchen, shower room and large bathroom, large garden, good parking and transport links. We are a friendly household and we are looking for the new housemate to be similar. We are ex teachers now working in the building trade.

Fishponds has very good local amenities - supermarkets, pubs, cafes, takeaways, gyms etc. On street parking is always available.
The household has a friendly labradoodle and an affectionate cat so an animal lover is essential. All bills included.
