I can rent the room either Monday to Friday basis (295.00 p/m), or a normal full week rent for short or long term (475.00 p/m).
Might suit a mature student or professional who needs somewhere to stay during the week. Good location for UWE or MOD. I would prefer if it's a further female please.
The flat is opposite a lovely park and has outside communal space. An easy going place to live. I work four days a week in central Bristol, I enjoy swimming, education, dancing, art and walking.
Including bills and wifi.
