Double room in City Centre ( inc bills)

Looking for a short term tenant (either 2 or 3 months) from 1 December 2019. It’s a double room which is furnished, as is the rest of the flat. Recently bought new sofa set for the living room (see video).

All bills included (Council tax, electric, internet, TV license & water) for £615 / month. Deposit is £500.

I’m a 25 year old paralegal, easy to get along with, I’m not a clean freak but I do like communal areas kept as clean and tidy as poss. I sometimes like my own space but also looking for someone who’d enjoy a glass of wine and a gossip after work :)

The location simply couldn’t be any better! 30 second walk to Cabot circus, 15 min walk to temple meads, 15 mins to the centre, 15 mins to the BRI & surrounded by bus stops to the rest of Bristol! The flat building is full of nice neighbours with a surrounding wall and gated entrance.
