The water supply and hot water system have been significantly upgraded so there won't be any low pressure or lack of hot water!

The house has double glazed windows and doors throughout.

The house is situated a few minutes walk from the shopping areas Lodge causeway and just a 5 min walk to Fishponds High Street

It is very close to the Bristol to Bath cycle path and just 30 min bus to the centre of Bristol

The current household is a mixture of three girls and a guy, all of who are professional, and in their mid 20's. They are a sociable group, who are very approachable and laid back. If you're looking for a place where you can feel like home, if you want privacy but also a great bunch of people to hang out with, then 9 Tredegar Road is a great option for you!
