Double room, excellent location

Hi, I'm looking for a friendly, clean, and tidy person (preferably female) to rent the second bedroom in my flat.

The room is a good-sized furnished double.

The flat is spacious and on the fourth floor (there is a lift) with huge windows for great views over the city.

The flat is modern and homely, and recently re-decorated with an open plan kitchen-living-dining area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.

The flat is in a great central location, only 10 minutes’ walk to Whiteladies Road, Gloucester Road and the City Centre. Only a few minutes walk to the University, or BRI/children's hospital.

The rent is £540 per month, which includes internet and TV. Bills are approximately £50 per month, excluding council tax. Plus a one off £20 admin fee.

There is parking outside the flat (permits only 9-5 Mon-Fri) which you can apply for, but not necessary if you use your car for work.

I'm a PhD student and quite work a lot during the week and some weekends. Otherwise, I enjoy chilling at home, watching TV, baking, cooking, going to the gym and playing netball. I tend to be quite busy out and about on the weekends.

I'd like someone who is around to chill out with in the evenings watching TV, cooking, chatting etc., someone who would be a friend not just renting the room. I'm not after someone who goes out partying during the week, I prefer it to be fairly quiet and relaxed.

I'm ideally looking for either a post graduate student, or working professional.

I'm a very clean and tidy person and want the flat to be kept that way.

Short term or Monday-Friday may be considered.

Move in date is flexible.
