Lovely double room

Hi, I'm looking for a mature person for this lovely double bedroom and to share my house with. This is a 3 bedroom house with a garden, garage, upstairs bathroom and an office and downstairs living room, kitchen, toilet and conservatory. I'm a young professional working at UWE, who spends a lot of time outdoors climbing, cycling and visiting different places or doing yoga. I don't eat meat but welcome meat-eaters. I'm looking for someone tidy, reasonably quiet but sociable, of course. The house is located in the heart of Stapleton, two minutes walk to the bus stop, 10 minutes drive to town or 15 minutes on the bus. The rent doesn't include bills.
