Fantastic house in the heart of Redfield perfectly located 2 mins walk away from shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beautiful St Georges Park. The room is fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers, it is positioned upstairs at the back of the house getting lots of sunshine.

The house has a great kitchen / diner with integrated washing machine, dishwasher and all mod cons leading to a courtyard garden with it's own rear access for bikes. The bathroom is a good size and positioned upstairs.

The city centre is a 20min walk away or easily accessible by bike or the many buses on church road. The rooms would suit a friendly young professional to join two females and one male professional already there, all bills included plus a cleaner every 2 weeks to cover all communal areas. 1 months deposit required.

Obviously this is a very difficult time for all concerned i would be happy to do a virtual tour if preferred by people although a physical tour is possible with social distancing being adhered to.
