The comes available near the end of July or from the 1st of August depending on your requirements and can come furnished or unfurnished.
The 3 of us in the house are sociable with a range of hobbies including classical music, gym, rugby, scuba diving. skiing and drinks on king street.
All bills are included in the price, it's about £515 for rent and bills monthly but then a 6 monthly water bill.
