Rooms ideal for females, as the house is currently occupied by two females. The house has double glazing, central heating, and is approx 250 yards from the local shops and public transport and has ample parking. Each room is fitted with a 32 inch digital TV, wirless access to the internet. The kitchen, toliet and shower are shared, and brand new bedding is provided. There is no extra charges on top of the weekly rental calculated according to the size of the rooms(£75-95). Only quiet respectable people apply.
