It's a cheap , single room that filled with friendly people. Relatively close to city centre (about 7 minute walk to Cabot Circus) and to University of Bristol (UOB) (less than 10 minute walk). It's located at the Park Street, where there're lots of store and restaurants. There's a bus stop just outside the main entrance ; access is convenient even for those who studied at University of West England (UWE). Ideally, a perfect spot, just in the middle of City centre and Universities.

*unfortunately the reason why i post an ads is because i have to leave due to i finishing my semester by this end of year and will be leaving Bristol, so i was told that to find another person to take my room or else i have to pay the full contract (from 18 Sep 16 - 29 Jul 17)

The rent price will be issued to you if you're interested, it will start a new contract according to your time of stay, rather than continuing mine, so don't worry. You get the option to pay in instalments.
