Beautiful room in clean, quiet house

Nice, quiet, furnished double room. House has a lovely garden and is comfortable, warm and pretty and in a pleasant area. Share with another professional female and myself. I am an academic and currently working away. I will be there about once a month for a weekend (in third small bedroom). Must be responsible and mature person, happy to live quietly and clean up after themselves.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Lots of green space and nice walks. Small shops, bus stop and library about 10 minutes walk away. Cafes, shops etc on Gloucester Road about 20 minutes walk away. Excellent bus service into town and to University of Bristol. Walking distance to UWE, MoD, Southmead Hospital etc. Lovely neighbours and locals - mainly working-class and lots of ethnic and cultural diversity.

The rent and criteria are not negotiable. Please check the map to make sure you are happy with the location before contacting me. When you send a message, please give some information about yourself (i. e. occupation, approximate age, reason for looking for a room etc) and note the age criteria is aged 35+.

I would prefer someone who cares about the environment. Bills covered include internet, TV licence, gas, electric, council tax, water, gardener, window-cleaner.
