We are jane and Hannah, we work as Nurses in Bristol and we're looking for a new housemate to rent out a double bedroom in a 3 bed house.
The house has a huge kitchen and garden area (great for summer BBQ's and having friends over).
The room is rented as furnished with a double bed and 3 door wardrobe. The house feels amazingly homely and modern with loads of space and light. I've recently made the garage into a mini gym for those nights when going to the gym feels like a mission or they are closed. On the driveway there is space for two cars and we are only a short drive from all major locations in Bristol;
City Centre/ Broadmead = 15 mins.
Clifton = 10 mins.
Cribs causeway/ MOD = 15 mins.
This house also offers a great location and transport links for anyone working within the city centre or Southmead hospital.
We are looking for a fun, happy roommate that will enjoy socialising and chatting about life over a glass of wine.
Its important that your also an animal lover as I have a small dog called Ralphie. He's no trouble at all and completely house trained, so you can enjoy all the perks of living with a dog without the responsibility =)
