Walking into town takes about 25 - 30 minutes and bus connections are good from the top of Whiteladies Road.

The house is also well-placed for travel both into the city centre and out to the motorway network.

Included with the room are a bed,
a mattress with a mattress protector, desk and chair, bedside table, drawers and somewhere to hang your clothes.

Included in the rent is a cleaner/warden for the communal areas and some consumables (toilet paper, salt, pepper, bin bags, etc.)
