A double room is available in a modern city centre flat just off Park Street. The room comes with its own bathroom and secure off street parking.

There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the city centre and the kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher.

I'm a clean and tidy professional that works full time in the city centre. I'm looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, who is happy to relax and watch a film every now and again.

I haven't lived in Bristol long so happy to explore the city together too.

I would prefer to live with a female but don't mind living with a male.

The bills are approximately £140 a month and includes all utilities including internet.
