Lovely En Suite Attic Room In St Werburghs

Hi there

I have a lovely double attic bedroom available in the popular St Werburghs area of Bristol, a vibrant community with great local pubs, shops and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the town centre. The Eastgate shopping centre with Tesco, Ikea and Marks and Spencer is also only 10 minutes walk away. It’s also a brief walk to the popular areas of Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road.

The house has been recently decorated, has an open plan kitchen /dining space which leads out onto the sunny garden, there is also a separate sitting room.

The spacious loft conversion includes a shower, toilet and sink and has been recently decorated. (I am able to provide bed linen and towels if required)

I live in the house with my daughter whose is 2.5 years old. I work part time in TV Production and tend to be home in the evenings but out and about or working during the day time.

We've had several lovely lodgers with us previously and its worked well so looking forward to welcoming someone new. I can be flexible about the length of stay- happy to consider short term lets, / Mon- Fri or potentially longer term too.
