Communal space is a kitchen diner (no living room).

Great flat, great location, £475 a month with no bills on top. Only downside is the room is small! But it does have a decent sized single bed with a quality mattress and quite a big window. Room overlooks the communal gardens.

There are 3 rooms in the Flat so there will be a total of 3 housemates: Me (working from home), Roxanne (in the last year of her architecture training, and you!)

There is also an 8 month old chihuahua puppy (Ged) who is very friendly and will hop up onto your lap whenever he gets the chance (see pic)

We like to keep the flat pretty clean so are looking for someone tidy who is happy to pitch in with the cleaning rota.
