This is a big friendly sociable house and really spacious, warm and cosy and fun, and there is always something going on. If you want to socialise and join in a friendly BBQ in the garden at weekends, or watch a movie or do some exercise - great, and if you need some down time, this is a quiet house with plenty of too.

Currently shared by 5 altogether - all girls. mainly young professionals.

We are looking for a young professional females or post grad/mature students. People who work normal hours and knows how to tidy up!

The lovely communal area includes comfy lounge/dining area (TV, DVD player etc) and BRAND NEW fully fitted kitchen and utility room (washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridges and a freezer etc).

There is a big private part lawn - part patio garden, with a raised sun deck at the back of the house with views over st Georges park, garden furniture, and a back gate and secure locking area for bikes.

The big family bathroom has a large shower and stone tiles on walls and floor.

Some rooms are en suite so there isn't pressure on the bathrooms at all.

New Worcester combination boiler so warm and cosy too.

We are on a quiet road just off Church road on the edge of St George's Park which is a huge open park with loads of space, tennis courts etc, trees and a lake.

All gas, electricity, water, sewage, and council tax bills are included as well as a PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT CLEANER TOO, who thoroughly cleans all the communal areas of the house twice a month.

THERE ARE NO ADMIN FEES.

No smoking inside the house.

There are regular buses into the city centre from the stop 30 seconds away and it takes about 10-15 minutes depending on time of day to get into the centre: 41, 43, 44, 44a, 45, 332, 632, 635 & N3.
