The rooms-
Two large double bedrooms available on the first floor. They are unfurnished but do have built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging and cupboard space. (just need bed) Also on this floor is a bathroom with toilet, electric shower over the bath, sockets for shaver and a good mirror. This is shared between the two rooms on this floor.
There is also a small, single bedroom that can be used as possible storage space.

The house-
This is a spacious and comfortable mid terrace with loads of character.

The current house mate-

Formalities-
The house is managed by a letting agency and this means you will be able to view the property through myself but will have to follow their process if you want the room. They have a referencing process which will confirm various details prior to being accepted. Providing you have given all the necessary information, the referencing takes approximately 4-6 working days to complete.

The actual rent per person is £365, the deposit is £505 and is put into a deposit protection account. The fees will come to £180 p/p, which covers all of the checks, referencing, paperwork and tenancy agreement.
