Sadly I'm leaving my flat after 3 years here, so I'm now on the lookout for someone take my place in the small corner of Bristol we call home.

You'll be living with Katie, a 25-year-old lovely human and PhD student at Bristol Uni. Her schedule is variable but you can be sure that, as every PhD, she spends a lot of time at the office.

The flat is a place to relax, so not a party/late night at home sort of place.

Katie and I are both really independent but we get on really well and go for coffee or watch Netflix together every now and then, so we'd like for this kind of vibe to stay like this.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, but if you have your own furniture we can probably ask the landlord to take what’s in the room.

This is a super convenient spot, really close to all bars and restaurants in Stokes Croft and 5 mins away from most Gloucester Rd, Old Market, Broadmead, etc. Bus station is a 2 min walk from home too.

Initial paperwork will be done by an agency, but after this, you’ll deal directly with the landlord, who is usually very responsive.

The agency will require a small fee for the paperwork done drafting the contract, etc, but nothing crazy.

Viewings will take place in the evening, after 6pm.
