I'm looking for some lovely people to rent my 2-bed flat in St George from the end of August.

The flat consists of entrance hallway, 2 handy storage cupboards, 2 double bedrooms (1 larger en-suite bedroom and 1 small double), family bathroom and open plan kitchen/lounge/diner.

The flat comes part furnished with 1 bed, 1 sofa bed, table and chairs, wardrobes and draws, and all white goods.

The flat is on the top floor (2nd floor) of the building so is nice and bright, and has sloping ceilings giving it a nice cosy feel.

There is space to park one car and lots of visitors parking in and around the block of flats.

The price doesn't include bills.

, I'm looking for professional tenants, with good work and landlord references, non-smoking, no pets, and people who will look after the flat - I'm leaving it begrudgingly!

I am not with an agent and therefore do not charge any agency fees, but I do require a deposit which will go into the government scheme.

It's only a couple of minutes walk from Church Road with some fantastic brunch options and watering holes, and the same from leafy St George park.
