We have a lovely furnished double room available in a large 5 bedroom house in a great location near College Green, Bristol!
We are Maddy, Livvy, Joey and Will. I'm a PhD student and the others are professionals.
The house has: a living room, dining room, galley kitchen, small outdoor area with bike storage, 1 bathroom on 1st floor (shower and toilet), 2 bathrooms on 3rd floor (1 with bath only, 1 with shower and toilet), 5 bedrooms.
The rent is £350 per month. Bills are an extra £73 per month which includes council tax.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy, sociable (and independent) housemate who can move in from the end of September. Our landlady and landlord would prefer not to have students.
