The flat is situated on the second floor of a Grade II listed town-house just off Pembroke Road.

Clifton Village and the Suspension Bridge are a 5 minute walk away, and Whiteladies Rd, Clifton Triangle and UoB Woodland Road campus are ten minutes on foot.

The room measures 16' x 9', has a large built-in wardrobe and original sash window.

A shared bathroom is just across the hall, and next door is a communal lounge and dining area with a large glass atrium window.

The shared kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. In addition, there is extra cupboard space with shelves for laundry/cleaning supplies and dry food storage.

The flat also has a large private garden for the exclusive use of residents of the street.

The rent is £595 pcm, which includes the following:
