Pro House Share Bedminster Down small double/singl

HI,

Hi..... we have 2 doubkes available in a 4 bed house. 1 is a good sized double going for 750 all in amd the other is a small double room available at 650 all in in bedminster . House is based in bedminster down. There is a large bathroom and another seperate w/c in the house. There is a lot of communal space with a lounge, kitchen/dining room, Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large oven and fridge freezer. 60 inch tv in the lounge with gas fireplace and a 2nd 40 inch tv in the dining area.. 2 dogs also currently live here too. All are very friendly and housetrained (puppy is currently being trained).
It is a single bedroom with a small double bed...chest...built in wardrobe and shelving. There is enough space to squeeze a desk in.

Rent includes all Bill's with virgin high speed internet connection.

There is a co-op 5 minutes walk away. A gym about 10 minute walk away. The 75 and A1 Bus services are close to the house within a few minutes walk so easy commuting into town if needed or the airport. Its about a 15 minute walk to parsons street train station. There is also the climbing center close by.
