Single Room in Central Bristol

Hello there!

I have one single room available, the rent is all inclusive (water, energy, council tax, WiFi etc.). The deposit is £400 and the contract period is month by month.

The property is very central (please see the map for the exact location) and is a 4-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station. You would have access to your own bathroom (not en suite though) and to a shared open plan kitchen/living room/dining area. The fridge, washing machine and dishwasher are built-in. The bedroom has a single bed and a built-in wardrobe and storage space. It has now been painted white and I am looking to install some shelving but it would be good to talk about what would work best for you before doing so. There is also a secure bike shed and access to a roof terrace.

I am a 31-year-old male professional, pretty laid back and into climbing and surfing. Just looking to live with a person who is friendly, considerate and is in full-time employment.

The room is single occupancy only and is available as of March 1st. Unfortunately, no pets :(.
