I live in the flat above so it's really easy to get hold of me! In case you are interested - I am 30 called Will and work as a TV director and live with my partner Emma (who works in publishing). There are no added fees or any of that nonsense. I'll take a small deposit which can be protected if you would like. Bills are not included in the rental price.
