There is a utility room also on the ground floor with kettle, toaster, microwave, electric 2 ring hob and fridge.

The family:-
Professional single lady with two daughters; one living in Brighton but comes home occasionally. One indoor cat and a dog.

Professional and in full time employment (references required). Tidy and respectful. Doesn’t mind temperamental cats or friendly dogs.
