Great location just off the busy Church Road which leads from Old Market up to St Georges. 10-15
minutes walk to Lawrence Hill (and its station) and Old Market near Broadmead and Cabot Circus. 5
minutes walk further out of town to St Georges and St Georges Park.

HOUSE:
Young professionals or mature students/postgrads considered. Current mix includes teacher, engineer, journalist, and chefs.

Central heating all year as required.
Wireless broadband - highest spec possible for the area (Virgin Media cable).
Kitchen with two ovens, two hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, half a fridge storage per person and at
least one freezer compartment per person. Ample storage space. General crockery, cutlery and pans
provided.
Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Store room with hoover and ironing board.
Dining/ living room with leather sofa and tub chairs, table, TV and wireless broadband which
transmits to all rooms and rear yard.
There is a full bathroom (shower, bath, basin, loo) on the first floor and full shower room on ground
