Redfield - Lovely Light Character Double Room

Dog lover wanted for comfy characterful room in a friendly clean home. Bills and wifi included.

We have a BIG dog and are looking for a person who loves dogs and feels confident around them, as she is part of the family.

There are 2 of us living here already, we're friendly and relaxed, like a natter and have our own stuff going on too.

We are looking for someone who is ideally over 25, speaks English well, and wants a peaceful house, whose party days are over! Also someone who is cheerful, friendly, considerate, clean and reliable.

The double room has period features including a fireplace and high ceilings, and comes with a double bed with a really good mattress, and built in wardrobe/cupboards.

There's a small garden that we often sit out in during the summer with a beer, and a little conservatory with lots of plants.

Church Road is 30 seconds walk away, it has several nice cafes/restaurants/pubs, and several supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The bus stops are 3 mins walk away, and Lawrence Hill train station is about 10 minutes walk.
