Looking for a new housemate to replace me as of the 24th of February 2018.
The house is a 4 bedroom on Howett Road in Lawrence hill, Bristol. It has a kitchen with a breakfast bar/table, a lounge, a patio garden, under stairs storage, 2 bathrooms (1 being an en-suit) and 4 double bedrooms. The room being advertised is shown in the pictures, it comes fully furnished.
The price of the room is £325 a month (not including bills), with a deposit of £400 and a one off agency fee payment of £50. It is a 5 minute walk from Lawrence Hill train station, a few minuets walk from a bus stop (taking you into the center of town in 20 minutes), a 25 minute walk from Cabot and a 5 minute walk from a Tesco/Aldi/Lidl.

My housemates are 3 fab girls who enjoy cooking, movies, sport/fitness, relaxing on the patio in the sun and a trip to the pub! The room will be available to move into as soon as I’m out (24th Feb).
