Small double in quiet house in Bishopsworth south Bristol, sharing with 2 others. Available from 1st Feb for 2+ months. Would suit someone needing a short term stepping stone whilst looking for longer term.
I'm Kat, a live-in landlord, 44 y/o, a project manager and florist. I have a pretty busy life working in Bristol and from home from time to time. I like the outdoors, dancing, meditation, yoga, keeping fit, writing, photography, arts, theatre and an active interest in climate change. I'm warm & friendly but tend to keep myself-to-myself at home whilst I'm working on projects, so looking for someone similarly friendly but independent to share with :)

The room: a small, furnished double with double bed, double wardrobe, desk and small chest of drawers in a quiet cul-de-sac. There's room outside for a bike and loft access for bulky suitcases etc. Rent includes all bills and a bi-weekly cleaner. Minimum 2 month stay with 1 months notice. I usually do a max 6 month stay but happy to chat if you need slightly longer. It isn’t a shared lounge but you’re welcome to use it when I’m not around. We try to create minimal waste, recycle what we can, re-use water on the garden. Looking for someone who’s up for this too.
Location: Bishopsworth, just opposite the library and 3 min walk from local shops, 25 min cycle to town, 5/10 min cycle to Southville and 15 minute drive to the airport. There's a bus that goes directly to Bristol centre at the end of the road and the airport bus is a short walk away + Voi parking a couple of mins away. The area is BS13 Bishopsworth - please check the location works for you before messaging.
About you: would suit someone wanting a quiet home who’s also independent, enjoys being out and about, and taking the occasional trip away. If you're a homebody this might not be for you! Any questions please ask.
