Single Room In The Centre

Just renovated the sitting room and replaced the kitchen.

Lovely bright room in the city centre. Close to the everywhere :).

The room is a single which is £500 (£650) with bills per month.

I am not really using the heating because i refuse to pay such a high price for heat :D.

Light, airy and is furnished with big bed. one big closet and a smaller dresser. There are drawers under the bed.

I might well get new furniture or we can remove stuff if you don't need it and save the space :)

The flat is situated quietly on the second of two floors, the recently refurbished flat has another bedroom, one spacious and stylish bathroom with a big tub and a huge loft-like living space that has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with wooden flooring. The living room is furnished with sofas and a big dining table. Amenities include 55" 4K TV connectable to AirPlay, BOSE surround sound system and an XBOX. The grade 2 listed building also has an impressive entrance hall, a huge atrium.

I used to be a web developer, but now am working for my own business, which is scary. I like cooking, listening to music, Netflix and poker, going to the gym (trying to learn the splits) I am really friendly.

LOCATION:

Couldn't be any more perfect, the place is just off the river, right in the city centre. Queen Square (3 min.), the harbourside (3 min.), Temple Meads Station (5 min.), College Green (8 min.) and the shopping quarter (8 min.) are all within a short walking distance. A bus station is just around the corner. A Co-op is literally just across the street. Countless bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as a 24/7 gym, are easy to reach.

The guy that lives here at the moment has been here for 6 months and is moving out Anything you need I can get it fixed. (Or get a builder to do it). Amusing story about trying to do electrics .

Bonus, there are not stupid agency fees to pay :D.
