Great double room in friendly flat in Clifton

Our lovely housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a new friendly housemate to join the flat.

The flat is really spacious with a massive living room and nice kitchen, and we have two bathrooms between the three of us. The bedroom is a large double at the back of the house. There is parking available with a parking permit, and there’s a communal garden opposite the flat which is lovely in the summer for BBQs! The location is great- 5 minutes from Clifton Village and the Triangle, and 20 minutes to the centre of town.

A bit about us: Jess works as a Data Analyst for the Environment Agency and Jonny is an engineer. We both enjoy being active - Jess is part of Clifton Running Club and also goes bouldering, and Jonny plays football and touch rugby. We also like relaxing in the flat, cooking and eating good food, and going out to explore Bristol. The three of us living in the flat currently have become good friends, so we are hoping for the same with the new housemate.

The rent is £515 per month with bills on top (which are around £100 usually). The deposit is 1.5 months rent and goes through a lettings agent.

The room will be available from 1st October but we can be flexible with dates, if you'd like to move in a little later than this.
