New housemate needed

Our 3rd housemate has recently moved in with her boyfriend so we are currently in the process of looking for her replacement. The room is currently vacant.

My name is Simon, I'm 25 and working in sales. sports wise I'm into my climbing. Gabby is 21 and a Cancer biology and immunology student.

The flat itself is great with modest sized rooms and a large open plan kitchen and lounge area. We also have a patio out back as well as a dish washer, BBQ, washing machine, tumble dryer, walk in shower and underfloor heating. There is one parking space per flat out back and if they are taken there is always plenty of spaces out front.

Rent is £380 a month. I sort bills and they generally sit around £107 for internet, contents insurance, council tax, electricity and water.
