The flat is a modern fully furnished two-bed located near Stokes Croft, a 2 minute walk from the BRI and central bus station. Bristol Temple Meads train station is roughly a 20 minute walk away. Prime location for anywhere in the city centre.

The room is on the small side, however it has a double bed along with wardrobe and bed-side table. Shared facilities include the lounge, kitchen and bathroom - all fairly large. Access to extra storage is also possible. The building has plenty of space for bikes as well as one parking space for the apartment (included as an additional cost). All bills are included within the price (Council Tax, Water, Electric and Broadband).

I’m a 29 year old professional male. Enjoy all the usual activities (film, music, socialising, sport, exercise etc.). I will not be present within the apartment for the majority of the time, however will be visiting from time to time.
