Room in seafront location-6 month/shorter term let

Very close to marine lake and Poets Walk, double room available from 1 st July for 3-6 months. Room is in dormer space in our family bungalow in quiet residential area. Own private bathroom with bath and toilet and access to a shared shower. You can use the kitchen to prepare your food and eat your meals. There is no shared living room but your room has a sofa and good WiFi. This set up would suit professional with a home elsewhere as there are no storage facilities. Reduced rent for Mon-fri weekly.
