Double room sharing with live-in property owner

I'm a mature female that has a double room to rent (Monday to Friday) in my LGBTQIA+ friendly property.

The house is centrally located and is a short walk to Clevedon town centre, Aldi & Lidl. A Tesco (supermarket) is a slightly longer walk, as is the seafront. The house has off-raod parking and is a very short drive to the M5 and the B3130 into Bristol.

The rental will be short-term as the house has been sold. I anticipate moving will take around 3 months but if it's longer, I'll happily consider a longer rental, on a rolling weekly agreement.

I'm looking for a tenant that cleans and tidies up after themself and is relatively quite late at night and early in the morning. We will share the kitchen, bathroom and large garden. We may also share the lounge but you will definitely have sole use of it from about 21h.

The rent, which includes all bills including Council Tax and is to be paid weekly, will be £120 with a £480 deposit to be held in a deposit protection scheme. The notice period to be given by either party will be 7 days.

Viewings will be taking place in the evenings of Friday 19th and Friday 26th April.
