Lovely Large Double Room In Clevedon

I live with my Son who is
8 in a lovely three bedroom victorian terraced house. In a quite street, very close to shops and transport links to Bristol and WSM. I keep the house clean and it's very well decorated, light and airy with a lovely sunny back garden. Fully equip kithchen washing machine, and all mod con's and central heating. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. The room i have for rent is down stairs and is a very big double with a bay window. I have a second living area and would like to keep this fairly private for me and my son to use. I am pretty easy going and mostly like a quite life. I would like someone who is easy to get a long with but also likes to have there own space. You would need to like children, my son Leo is friendly and well behaved and quite often we go away at weekends. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
