Clevedon Single Roon In Shared House

Hi those of us that smoke do so in the garden, so it doesn't matter to us which you are. There is no smoking in the house.
There are two cats here, you don't have get involved in their care unless you want to. The cats are both housetrained, there are no litter trays here.
There is one shared bathroom, my housemate doesn't have to leave for work till midmorning so there are very few vacancy issues.
Free unlimited download WiFi.
Use of washing machine, tumble dryer & iron/ironing board etc.
We are 10 minutes walk from Clevedon town centre.
