Stunning room with sea views for rent...

ive accepted a job in London and am relocating for a really exciting career move, which means that I have a room for rent

So what are you getting? You're getting a room with a view. For starters you'll get a gorgeous sea view flat with stunning views of the channel overlooking newport, Cardiff and Bridgend. You can see Clevedon Pier from the balcony which you'll get access to and the view is breathtaking. There is access to a shared garden which is lovely during the summer months. The lounge is incredibly spacious, with a fully featured kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher.

The flat comes with a bathroom complete with Bath and Shower. You have access to Hill road which is complete with local bars, restaurants and a gym within walking distance. There are some fantastic running routes if that's your thing.

You'll be sharing with a really laid back, and nice girl called Lisa who is extremely nice! She runs her own business and very busy so you probably have the flat mostly to yourself - the only stipulation is that she's incredibly clean so someone who cleans up after themselves is a must have. She's really chatty and is happy to have a cheeky glass of white with you I'm sure :)

You'll be getting your own bathroom as well as a nice sized room - honestly for the price you'll get nothing better than this really. The kitchen is also a great size with built in fridge/freezer and to top it off The bills will probably be lower
