Double room available at Victoria Square, Clifton. Sadly my housemate has decided to move-out due to a job relocation (move-out / move-in date being 20 January 2019). The room is incredibly spacious, and the house has a very nice and quiet living room overlooking the square.

The current rates at the flat are (subject to change):
- Rent - £600pm
- Council tax - £50pm
- Water rate - £30-35pm
- TV license - £20pm
- Electricity & gas - £40-50pm
- Internet - £25pm
- Cleaning - £20pm
- Contents insurance - £5pm
References would be needed before confirmation.

I am a professional working 9am-6pm hence am not at home much during the day and am usually away on weekends. I love the outdoors, sports and enjoy the occasional cycle / walk around the Downs. Loves chess, art and reading. Looking for a housemate who shares similar interests, flexible and sociable, and responsible (for maintaining the flat). Note: smoking is not allowed at the flat as per the landlord's T&Cs.
